Sir,

In reply to your Despatch No.309 of the 19th September covering a letter from Dr. Manson to the Crown Agents, I have the honour to forward the enclosed reports of the Acting Principal Civil Medical Officer (Dr. Bell) and the Principal Civil Medical Officer, by whom Police Constable Holdaway was examined.

2. I trust that these reports will furnish Dr. Manson with the information required.
